About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Central Alberta Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities and fostering strong customer relationships within the designated territory of Central Alberta. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and possesses a deep understanding of the Central Alberta region.
Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets within the Central Alberta territory.
Territory Management: Take ownership of the assigned territory, proactively identify new business opportunities, and develop plans to penetrate untapped markets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify their evolving needs, and provide excellent customer service and support.
Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with experience in territory management and achieving sales targets.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel within the territory as required, along with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
