The DAMAS UniSeed is a new generation of cleaning machines, aiming at large farms and small industries, requiring a flexible production with a good cleaning result in terms of quality. This modular machine consists of a screen cleaner, which can be provided with a feeding device with or without clipper-de-awner and a presuction unit as required.

The DAMAS Vibam is a universal machine well suited for pre- and fine cleaning many different species of grain and heavy seeds. The standard design of the machine is provided with both pre- and aftersuction units. Quick screen changing from precleaning into fine cleaning by the operator serves to optimize the cleaning tasks. The Vibam is a very competitive machine, both as regards price and capacity as well as function and operation.  The technology of the machine is thoroughly tested, which can be documented by many references all over the world.

The DAMAS OMEGA is a further development of previous DAMAS machines for cleaning grain and seed.  The OMEGA is very flexible and can therefore be used for all cleaning and grading tasks from pre-cleaning to fine cleaning.  The OMEGA is available in a number of different designs and sizes for different purposes.  The OMEGA is available with or without recycling air systems and can consequently be adapted to local requirements for exchange of air, recovery of heat, etc.

The air systems for pre- and aftersuction are totally separate, which offers the advantage that it is possible to make individual, independent adjustments and consequently simplify the operation. Another advantage of the separate air systems is that the air aspiration becomes more efficient.

Air/Screen Cleaner

Each Machine is engineered to the specific needs of the customer, resulting in an investment that is thoughly utlized.  Optional 60" wide screens provide additional capacity above the competition at minimal cost.  All units feature high tolerance, quality screens and ball tray systems.  These are custom made by the Quality Custom Screen Company, the leader in precision made screens and ball tray systems.  All Eccentric Components are CNC machined to a tight tolerance, resulting is a straight & true shake action of the screens.

 

Westrup

The UB universal separator is especially used for fine cleaning and grading of light and heavy seeds, cereals, and granulated products.  The machine can also be equipped to suit a variety of special jobs and purposes.  In standard construction, the UB machines are delivered with the following features.  The machine is fitted with inlet with feed roll with variable speed from eccentric shaft.

The aspiration system consists of pre-aspiration chamber fitted with one waste auger and final aspiration chamber with one auger.  The screen system consists of one sieveboat with 1 short scalping screen layer (1 screen part), 1 long scalping screen layer (3 screen parts), and 1 long sand screen layer (3 screen parts).  All screens are rubber ball cleaned.  The machine has an integral fan, fixed speed drive, and motors.  The machine is of steel construction with sieveboat of laminated wood.

The FAU fine cleaner is first and foremost designed to be the main machine in seed and grain cleaning plants.

In standard construction, the FAU machines are delivered with the following features.

The machine is fitted with feeding apparatus and feed roll with variable speed drive.

The aspiration chamber is fitted with waste augers.

The screen system consists of two sieveboats with multi-flow variable screen system and variable speed drive.

Each sieveboat contains 2 screen layers each consisting of 3 screen parts.

All screens are rubber ball cleaned.

The machine has an integral fan, speed drive, and motors.

The machine is of steel construction with sieveboats of laminated wood.

The S-600 / S-1250 seed grain cleaner is specially designed for use on larger farms or smaller cleaning plants where emphasis is placed on the quality of the prime product

The machine can be driven by a diesel motor or power take-off and employed in remote areas of the world where no electricity is available.

Estimated capacity on wheat is 2 t/h for S-600 and 4 t/h for S-1250.

In standard construction, the S-600 and S-1250 machines are delivered with the following features.

The machine is fitted with inlet with feed roll.

The aspiration system has pre-aspiration and final aspiration after the indented cylinder.

The S-600 has a screen size of 800 x 600 mm and a total screen area of 2.9 m2.
The S-1250 has a screen size of 800 x 1250 mm and a total screen area of 6.0 m2.

The indented cylinder is two-parted with dimension Ø 500 x 1500 mm; the S-600 is fitted with one cylinder and the S-1250 with two cylinders.

The machine is also fitted with a stone trap.

The machine is complete with speed drive and 4.0 kW motor for S-600 and 7.5 kW motor for S-1250.

The machine is of steel construction with sieveboat of laminated wood.
